Aegis Brands Inc., formerly The Second Cup Ltd, is a Canada-based specialty food and beverage retailer operating franchised and company-owned locations across Canada. The Company owns and operates the Second Cup Coffee Co. specialty coffee business as part of a portfolio of brands that also includes Bridgehead and Hemisphere Cannabis Co. Hemisphere Cannabis Co brand offers various product categories, such as flower, pre-rolls, vaporizers, concentrates and edibles. Bridgehead is a coffee brand, which offers coffee products, including medium roasts, dark roasts, decaf coffees, espresso, blends, pods. Bridgehead also offers tea products, such as black teas, green teas and herbals. Second Cup Coffee Co. brand offers beverages, food and Pinkberry, an ice-cream brand.
