Aega ASA, formerly known as Nordic Financials ASA, is a Norway-based company, which is primarily focused on renewable energy sector. It is active as a solar utility Company that acquires and operates solar power plants. The Company has its operating offices in Oslo, Norway and Trento, Italy. The Company owns a portfolio of five individual solar parks in the Umbria and Lazio regions in Italy with a combined production capacity of 6 MW, and an initial annual electricity production of approximately 8.0 GWh depending on the annual solar irradiation. The Company's portfolio includes Montalto di Castro solar plant, Terni solar plant, Narni solar plant, Porchiano/Amelia solar plant, Magnacavallo solar plant, Piano Mulino solar plant, among others. The Company focuses on acquisitions of smaller existing solar parks (below 5MW capacity).
