The Company uses its global network of online media partners to enable brands to advertise to their audiences online. The Company also offers nxus, the cloud-based software platform. Its segments include Technology and Performance Marketing. The Technology segment is engaged in the development and maintenance of the nxus platform. The Performance Marketing segment includes its performance marketing operations. The nxus platform provides real-time attribution tracking, analytics and reporting data for online advertising. The Company acts as an intermediary between its advertiser clients and its network of affiliates that deploy digital advertising marketing campaigns to consumers.
