Action SA w restrukturyzacji, formerlny known as Action SA, is a Poland-based company mainly engaged in distribution of information technology (IT), electrical appliance and office equipment. Its offer includes personal computers, servers, workstations, Moving Picture Experts Group Layer-3 Audio (MP3) players, monitors, notebooks, power supply units and household-type electrical appliances. The Company provides equipment of a number of brands, including Acer, AMD, ASUS, Bosch, Candy, Canon, Gigabyte, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, JVC, LG, LIEBHERR, Microsoft, Nikon, Panasonic, Philips, Samsung, Sony, Sharp, and Toshiba, among others. The Company cooperates with a number of local dealers. Action SA is also present on the Ukrainian market. On March 31, 2014, the Company acquired 100% stake in Devil GmbH.
