Acceleware Ltd. (Acceleware) is a Canada-based clean-technology (tech) oil and gas technology company. The Company is focused on developing oil and gas technologies comprised of two business units: radio frequency (RF) enhanced oil recovery and seismic imaging software. The Company has two operating segments: high-performance computing (HPC) and RF Heating. The Company's HPC segment sells computing software and related consulting services and training programs primarily to the oil and gas industry. The RF Heating segment is engaged in research, development, and commercialization activities. Acceleware is developing RF XL, a thermal enhanced oil recovery technology for oil and oil sands. Acceleware also specializes in the development and marketing of special purpose computational software products for the oil and gas and other markets. The Company’s seismic imaging software provides high fidelity imaging solutions for oil exploration in various geologies.
