A1 Group, Inc. is an electronic cigarette company. The Company's wholly owned subsidiary is A1 Vapors, Inc. A1 Vapors is a product development and marketing company catering to the electronic vapor cigarette and accessories industry. A1 Vapors offers a range of options to choose from to smokers, including a selection of devices and flavors. The Company's Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes) and vaporizers are battery-powered products that enable users to inhale nicotine vapor without smoke, tar, ash or carbon monoxide. Electronic cigarettes comprise three functional components: a mouthpiece, the heating element and a microchip controller and a light-emitting diode. The Company offers disposable electronic cigarettes in multiple sizes, puff counts, styles, flavors and nicotine strengths; rechargeable electronic cigarettes and rechargeable vaporizers for use with either electronic cigarette solution (e-liquid) or dry herbs or leaf.
